In the quest to belong but make our mark, fit in but stand out, partner with greatness but freely soar, the paradoxes of being human present ongoing, growth-inducing challenges. Sessions affirm your relationship with your own unique godsparks, allowing you to get real with – and realize with real eyes – the magic of who you are. A session is an invitation to expand your definition of being human and to bask in its vastness, together.

Choosing Words for a more communal world

Once upon a time, Words were Alive and people were their messengers of meaning. They traded these vessels of vastness with each other and knew them to be the most powerful resources given to human beings to consciously create and connect.

Sanskrit, the world’s oldest known language, was refined by Indian sages so that pronouncing a word vibrated the chambers (chakras) of the body in the same way that the earth vibrates. Speaking was an act of harmonizing with the Universe!

Ancient cosmologies understood that Words are inextricably entwined with Light. I believe they still are!

We speak an average of 14,000 words a day. That’s 14,000 opportunities to creatively communicate, illuminate, align with the sublime, and make life meaning- full! Words sculpt our narratives, infuse our views and seal what’s real for us. They determine the quality of communication in our relationships.

I propose a return to the reverence of language; that we grace ourselves and each other with meaning full connection.
